Day 12: Food Journal
Lunch: strawberry & blueberry salad with vinaigrette dressing, roasted veggies with humus, naan.
I loaded up on food in prep for a 12 hour fast required for a lipid panel tomorrow.

Breakfast: tea, yogurt, strawberries
Lunch: lavash chips, humus, (shared) and roasted veggies.
Snack: 2 cookies
Breakfast: tea, papaya, cereal
Snack: Nan, tea
Breakfast: strawberries + Greek yogurt
Snack: Annie's fish crackers + stretch island fruit leather grape
Lunch/Dinner: Vegetarian Taco from Maui Tacos.
Treat: Hot Zen Tea, and marshmallow treat. ( john bought the marshmallow treat without asking me if I wanted it. I felt obligated to eat it. That just means double exercise tomorrow)
Lunch: papaya with berries, veggie sloppy joes with chips, pickle
Snack: Annie's Cracker Snacks, coffee ( not shown)
Drink: Tea
Lunch: John wanted Taco Bell, and I relented. You see a cheesy roll up, and a bean and rice burrito. I only ate half the burrito. I regretted the decision to eat this before I finished my meal.
Snack: Annie's cracker snack pack(not shown), orange juice, and raisins.
Tomorrow, I'll be able to get back on the workout/running schedule.
